High drying efficiency and wide temperature range. During the material drying process, the automatic material turnover function is achieved when the material is converted between different chain layers. At the same time, the temperature control range is between 50 ℃ and 800 ℃, with high controllable accuracy, greatly improving the drying efficiency of the material entering the furnace.
High drying quality. The material needs to be flipped four times during the drying process (five layer furnace) to achieve uniform drying; During the entire drying process, the material and the chain plate are relatively stationary without friction and will not damage the surface of the material, and the increase of magnetic foreign objects approaches zero.
Efficient utilization of thermal energy is high. Compared to single-layer tunnel heating furnaces, when the length of chain plates and the number of far-infrared heating tubes are similar, multi-layer heating and drying furnaces achieve infrared heating tubes surrounding the materials to be dried, allowing them to be directly heated and dried in all directions.
The equipment is basically faultless during use, and only needs to refuel and maintain the transmission part outside the furnace for 3 to 4 hours every quarter.
Small footprint. Upgrade the original single-layer horizontal long distance tunnel drying furnace to a vertical multi-layer short distance drying furnace, reduce the floor area, and effectively utilize the factory space.
